| ◇This explosion-proof component consists of an explosion-proof module and an operating head. The standard diameter of the front operating head of the component is φ30mm, and it can be mounted on panels with a thickness of 1~6mm. | ||||||
| ◇Front-panel DIN rail type explosion-proof components can be mounted on standard 35mm DIN rails or fixed with screws; rear-panel modules are connected to pre-installed front operating heads via snap fasteners. | ||||||
| ◇Both front-panel DIN rail type and rear-panel explosion-proof components are equipped with wiring terminals. They shall be installed in increased safety enclosures with a protection class of IP54 or higher. | ||||||
| ◇Front-panel DIN rail type and rear-panel explosion-proof pushbuttons and switches support various pushbutton and switch operating heads with different functions. | ||||||
| ◇Front-panel DIN rail type and rear-panel explosion-proof indicator light elements adopt LED light sources with built-in thermal switches, available in five color options. | ||||||
| ◇The panel of front-panel DIN rail type and rear-panel explosion-proof ammeters is equipped with an adjustable red pointer, featuring 2x and 5x overload functions, supporting direct and indirect measurement modes. | ||||||
| ◇Direct measurement covers a current range of 0~10A; the dial of ammeters for indirect measurement (connected to current transformers) is interchangeable. | ||||||

Front-panel DIN rail type components can be mounted on vertical or horizontal DIN rails. Operating heads without marked positioning points are compatible with both vertical and horizontal DIN rails.Operating heads marked with Positioning Point 1 are for vertical DIN rails, while those marked with Positioning Point 2 are for horizontal DIN rails.
Installation Diagram of Rear-panel Explosion-proof ComponentsThere is only one type of positioning point for panel cutouts of rear-panel components, which matches Operating Head Positioning Point 2. Operating heads without marked positioning points are also applicable.The operating head is mounted on the panel, and the component is connected to the operating head via a bayonet lock.
