Product Features
- The enclosure is made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin (GRP) with anti-static surface (surface insulation resistance of 10⁷Ω~10¹⁰Ω). It features strong corrosion resistance, impact resistance, excellent thermal stability and attractive appearance.
- Increased safety enclosure, equipped with explosion-proof and anti-corrosion internal components (buttons, selector switches, signal lamps, illuminated buttons, potentiometers, buzzers, ammeters, etc.) and wiring terminals. The components adopt compact DIN rail structure, which can be quickly installed on positioning guide rails to fix components at designated positions, facilitating installation and maintenance.
- Labyrinth structure at the joint of box body and cover; the sealing strip is made of imported cast-in-place foamed polyurethane or silicone rubber, delivering superior waterproof and dustproof performance.
- Emergency stop button can be fitted with misoperation prevention mechanism and padlock device on demand.
- Exposed fasteners are stainless steel with anti-drop structure for easy installation and maintenance. Metal handles for low-temperature environments and padlocks are available as options.
