The latest additions extend the MMAIATEX English knowledge series from broad certification and marking topics into three practical selection questions.

The guides are educational starting points. They are not a substitute for an approved hazardous-area classification, project specification, current certificate or installation instruction.
Why these topics were selected
International enquiries often begin with a short phrase such as "Zone 1 light," "T4 lamp" or "explosion-proof LED." Each phrase identifies only part of the application.
A useful selection record normally has to connect several layers:
- The approved hazardous-area classification and destination-market rules
- The required Equipment Protection Level or ATEX equipment category
- The gas or dust group and applicable temperature limit
- The minimum and maximum ambient conditions
- The electrical, optical, mechanical and environmental duty
- The exact model marking, certificate scope, schedule, instructions and conditions
The three new articles explain how these layers fit together without treating a product photograph, category name or marketing description as proof of compliance.
A practical reading path for buyers
Start with the Equipment Protection Levels guide when a project document includes Ga, Gb, Gc, Da, Db or Dc. It explains that a Zone describes the expected occurrence of an explosive atmosphere, while an EPL describes the protection level assigned to equipment.
Continue with the temperature class and ambient temperature guide when the schedule includes T1 to T6, a specific maximum surface temperature or a Tamb range. It shows why these entries cannot be merged into one temperature value.
Use the LED lighting FAQ to build a more complete request for quotation. The checklist covers classification, documents, light output, beam, supply, mounting, cable entry, ingress protection and environmental conditions.
Buyers can then review the MMAIATEX Ex Light Fittings category as a product-discovery page and send a model-specific enquiry. A category page helps identify possible product families, but it does not establish suitability for a project.

What this publishing update does not change
Publishing a guide does not change the certification status of a product. It also does not make every product in a category suitable for the same Zone, EPL, gas group, dust group, temperature class, ambient range or destination market.
Buyers should continue to request evidence for the exact legal manufacturer, product identity, model, suffix and configuration. Similar photographs, related model names and previous document revisions are not substitutes for exact current documentation.
Current MMAIATEX certification status
The public MMAIATEX About page states that ATEX, IECEx and CCC certification work is in progress. Do not infer a completed certificate from a product name, category, photograph, video or educational article.
Before specifying equipment, request current model-specific documents and verify the applicable certificate status, scope and conditions through the relevant official system and responsible project team.
