• The enclosure is compression-molded from unsaturated polyester resin SMC, featuring anti-static, high-strength, and strong anti-corrosion properties;
• This product features a composite-cavity explosion-proof structure. The SMC compression-molded enclosure adopts a modular structure, and various circuits can be freely selected and combined;
• This product adopts a newly optimized design scheme and a new operating mechanism, optimizing the internal components, inlet and outlet cavity terminal blocks, panel layout configuration, etc., making the product structure more reasonable, more economical, and its performance more comprehensive;
• The hinges and fasteners for the box connection are made of 316 stainless steel with high anti-corrosion performance, and the inserts inside the box are made of 304 stainless steel with high anti-corrosion performance, improving the product’s anti-corrosion performance and thread strength;
• Both steel pipe and cable wiring are available, and vertical installation is equipped with a corresponding vertical mounting bracket;
• The protection level can reach IP66, and the anti-corrosion level can reach WF2;
• Specific designs can be made according to the special requirements of customers.
